HOW WE GET TO KNOW HIM It    was   during   the   2015   ELECOMP   international   trade   fair   in   Tehran   where   we   met   Mr.   Raimund   Faber   for   the   first   time.   The   first   presentation   of the   SEHO   in   the   country   against   several   known   brands   active   in   this   market   for   years.   During   the   four   days   stay   he   met   with   a   lot   of   major industry   leaders   and   using   his   expertise   and   excellent   public   relation   by   providing   solution   to   their   problems,   regardless   of   their   needs,   he created   an   excellent   overview   of   the   company’s   capabilities   both   in   technical   and   technological   aspects.   The   promotional   activities   achieved was far from our expectation for such a short time. On   the   same   subject   when   he   felt   the   need   for   local   customers   in   having   a   complete   production   line   as   a   solution,   above   what   they   could   get from   just   SEHO,   he   suggested   to   us   to   add   a   pick   and   place   manufacturer   to   our   portfolio.   Considering   he   met   our   customer   and   their   needs we   asked   him   for   recommendation.   His   effort   in   suggesting   a   few   companies   and   meeting   with   them   in   person   to   discuss   our   needs   in   detail started   a   new   corporation   between   us   and   FUJI   Europe.   A   new   field   that   has   just   started   and   resulted   in   our   success   to   put   up   a   total   solution for production line for the electronic industry in our country. This was laid out in ELECOMP 2016 with a lot of success. His   honest   support   and   exemplary   professional   attitude   and   the   long   experience   in   major   industries   has   made   him   successful   and   a   great advisor of which is highly recommended. GREAT TO WORK WITH HIM I have first met Raimund in 2009 while he was the Head of Global Sales and Marketing at company SMT located in Wertheim, Germany. It was due to his strategic foresight to push forward and incorporate the first branch office in Asia for SMT even though it wasn't entirely clear when the world economic situation would stabilise again.This decision, paired with strong understanding of local markets made it possible to adapt quickly and grow a virtually non-existent business into a solid presence in the Region.  As part of the board of directors of SMT-AP Pte Ltd in Singapore did he contribute with creative marketing ideas and sales tactics to the overall growth of the company in various territories. Results were achieved within months of the incorporation and sales has been strong since. With his flexibility and 'can-do' attitude it was possible to turn every challenge into an opportunity and grow the brand into a well known player in the worldwide market. In attention of Mr. Raimund FABER   It is my great pleasure to write this couple of words for Mr. Raimund FABER. I have had the pleasure met him over the past two years when he was Sales Manager at SEHO GmbH, our partner for soldering machines. In this role, he had a considerable amount of responsibilities, and he handled them effortlessly. He showed his skills to communicate with both customers and the sales staff, and due to his dedication and attention to detail, we succeed de get couple of interesting deal for SEHO during the last two years. I can state with confidence that he is a motivated and responsible person with a high degree of integrity. I feel that I know Raimund quite well.   At the same time, in order to strengthen sales potential for our both side and through his good relationship with FUJI Machine Europe Top management, Raimund was, basically, a principal key for us to get a partnership with FUJI as official distributor in North Africa. My experience with Raimund Faber   It is with pleasure that I take this opportunity to introduce Mr. Raimund Faber to you. Raimund has been a business partner (or should I say: business friend!) for at least 15 years now. Raimund has excellent motivational skills. He is also very straightforward; what you see is what you get. My last dealing with Raimund has been a very recent one. Zusammenarbeit mit Hr. Raimund Faber   Der Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn Raimund Faber, damaliger Verkaufsleiter der SMT Maschinen- und Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, Wertheim, wurde in 2008 gelegt. SMT ist  der Hersteller von technisch und qualitativ hochwertigen Reflow- und anderen, thermischen Prozesssystemen für die elektronische Industrie. Die Firma besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Marktposition für ihre Produkte in Deutschland und auf anderen europäischen Märkten. International wurde der Markt zu der Zeit von SMT nur bedingt bedient und es wurde die strategisch richtige Entscheidung getroffen, das internationale Geschäft in Nord-Amerika und dem Fernen Osten auszuweiten. Diese Aufgabe wurde Herrn Faber übertragen, der richtige Mann für eine solche kritische Herausforderung. Bezüglich dem nordamerikanischen Markt (USA, Kanada und Mexiko) wurde in zahlreichen Gesprächen alle relevanten Aspekte über Vorgehensweise, Strategie, Marketing, finanzielle und personelle Erfordernisse, After-Sales-Service, etc. sachkundig diskutiert und mit der SMT Geschäftsleitung abgestimmt. Um dem nordamerikanischen Kunden SMTs Engagement und Marktnähe für diese Märkte zu vermitteln, wurde entschieden eine eigene Niederlassung, die SMT North America, Inc. (SMT NA) in den USA zu etablieren. Die SMTNA wurde im April 2008 eingerichtet und damit die zentrale Anlaufstelle und Drehpunkt für alle Geschäftstransaktionen in den folgenden Jahren. Herr Raimund Faber hat sich während der Phase unserer Zusammenarbeit als sachkundiger, kenntnisreicher und verlässlicher Partner bewiesen. Seine Unterstützung, professionelle Einstellung und Reaktionsschnelle in zeitkritischen und komplizierten Situationen waren beispielhaft – und ebenso waren es sein Auftreten und seine Verhandlungssicherheit beim Kunden.
